Our COVID-19 Safety Policy
The Law Office of RMA & Associates, Attorneys at Law is committed to supporting our clients and the community during the COVID-19 coronavirus pandemic. In order for us to provide our services in a safe and controlled manner, our law firm has implemented the following policies, effective immediately:

We will continue to meet clients via phone/video chat, however we have suspended face to face meetings at our office or at client's locations.

We are utilizing updated technology in order to conduct intake meetings, subsequent meetings, and court hearings (when available).

We have updated our website with a chat feature which will allow clients and potential clients to contact us directly, via the web, with most inquiries responded to within a few minutes to a few hours at most.

We have abbreviated our in-office work staff to reduce infection and introduced work-from-home methods where appropriate.

We have increased efforts to keep our environment sterile and germ free, including cleaning surfaces regularly and keeping sanitizing equipment more readily available.

We continue to allow clients to make payments via phone, mail, or courier.

We continue to follow the direction of the Courts as it relates to court proceedings and scheduling.
Despite the current challenges, we will continue to provide the stellar service and results our clients are accustomed to, and we are still available by phone at 301-979-7427, however if you do not receive an answer please leave a message and you may also try our chat feature at the bottom of this page. Thanks for your patience as we all put health and safety first to work through this unprecedented pandemic.
